It has been awhile since my last post. I have been in the "full swing" of things. I completed a flag, she is nice- my first, so I find the flaws. I painted a lovely little angel yesterday. I will have pics. on by tomorrow. I hope to have her listed. Karri, said that she thinks that she will sell- we'll see.

I am planning on making some living wreaths, within the month. CREATIONS, I can't help but find so many things that I want to do.

I am looking for someone to create my new blog. If you or anyone you know is interested let me know. Thank You!

New Blog, and NEW PAINTINGS!

I HAVE COMPLETED TWO NEW PAINTINGS!! I CAN'T WAIT TO LIST THEM ( I will probably list one, and keep the other-I really like her). I am working on a new blog. I changed my eBay user name to "earth**angel". My new blog will have recycling links, and of course links to artist. I love to create things made from old stuff. The new paintings are painted on recycled scrap lumber. They were the top for an old base cabinet. I cut them with my jigsaw, and painted them--Presto, they are new again! I will have pics. coming soon. I love the work of "lovellaranch". She is inspired me. I hope to have a cherub done within a week or so.

I am working on dolls today. I am really getting excited about art again. It truely is my inner soul and spirit at work when I start creating.

"Time for Trimmings" by Michelle Kelsey of Butterfly Kisses

The newest creation in my "Snowfolk" collection is entitled, "Time for Trimmings". She has been created using soft cotton fabric. Her halo and feather wings are a "purchased product". Her body and wings are covered in ultra-fine crystal glitter. She is holding a white bottle brush wreath adorned with vintage mercury glass ornaments. She is for sale this week on ebay. Simply search for the "BWBA" logo.

And of course, lots and lots of love and time!
I am going to work on some grungy snowman. ~This cold weather has put me in the mood!

It's Monday

It was an interesting weekend. I assisted the seventh grade class in their fundraiser, face painting. I painted quit a few dragons and snakes. The request that surprised me the most was a pretty little girl wanted a rainbow spider. I can say, "There's a first time for everything!".

Sunday, we had my in-laws over for a BBQ. It was so pretty out. Today I'm freezing, and it's windy~~FALL IS HERE!

Hopefully I can squeeze in a Masterpiece this week!! I think I will go ahead and make snowmen and angels, and put Into the Mystic on hold. The eagle is done, but I can't part with him yet!

I am in the process of creating a unique piece entitled "Into the Mystic". Sometimes inspiration comes from the strangest places! Hopefully I will have pictures loaded by tomorrow.
